The Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Graça is the parish church of Vacalar, on Rua Jogo da Bola, parish of Vacalar, municipality of Armamar. Our Lady of Grace is the village's patron saint, and the church was built on a site where a medieval chapel of the same name had stood.

Vacalar lies very close to the Douro River, among the northernmost parishes of the municipality. It was a dependent place of the parish of Armamar until 1958, when it gained administrative autonomy. Its religious heritage also includes the chapel of Santa Ana and several private chapels on estates. The parish produces table wines, Port and olive oil, and sumac was once grown here. We found no sources on the date of the present church.

The church is about 2.5 km in a straight line from the centre of Armamar and is reached by car. The visit is a chance to see the valley of the Temilobos stream and the surrounding estates.
