Frequently asked questions
Who can register?
Companies and sole traders with an active RNAAT registration (tourist-activity companies and maritime tourist operators).
How does verification work?
We compare the RNAAT number and tax number with Turismo de Portugal’s public register. If they match you are verified at once; if not, someone on our team looks at your request.
How do I get paid for bookings?
You connect your Stripe account in your area. When a booking is confirmed, the amount, after our commission, is transferred to your bank account.
Can I decline a booking?
Yes, on experiences that need confirmation. The amount is only held on the visitor’s card and released if you decline or do not answer in time.
Do I need to translate my texts?
No. You write in Portuguese and we translate into the other 5 languages; the page says the translation is automatic and you can correct it.
