The Crystal Palace Gardens are a green oasis in the heart of Porto, with privileged views over the Douro river. The 19th-century romantic park is home to peacocks, fountains, sculptures and a municipal library. On the site of the former crystal palace stands the Rosa Mota Pavilion, venue for major events.
