Vivenda das Eiras – Mogadouro

Vivenda das Eiras is a house built in the 1980s in the village of Vale de Porco, in the municipality of Mogadouro, within the Douro Internacional Natural Park and surrounded by hills, valleys, forest and farmland. It forms part of the Iberian Meseta Transboundary Biosphere Reserve and sleeps up to 9 guests; the space can also be hired for small events.

It has a salt-water swimming pool, a sun terrace and a garden, family rooms with a private bathroom and air conditioning, a shared kitchen, a lounge, an outdoor dining area and picnic spots. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The location gives access to the Sabor river (Lagos do Sabor) and the Douro river. Mogadouro Castle is about 7 km away and Penas Róias Castle about 19 km.
