Quinta Da Porta Caseira – Resende

Quinta da Porta Caseira is a rural tourism property on the banks of the Douro in Resende, with extensive gardens and views over the river. It offers two options: the traditionally decorated Porta Caseira house, with 4 bedrooms for 8 people, suited to groups of friends or families; and a one-bedroom chalet for 2, with a view of the Douro.

Outdoors there is a seasonal pool, a tennis court, a barbecue area and a picnic spot, and guests can use bicycles free of charge. The quinta has its own pier and boat for river trips, which can be booked. The Douro Museum is about 26 km away, and Caldas de Aregos is nearby.
