The villa has a pool with a view, spa facilities, a hot tub, a fitness room, a bar, an outdoor fireplace, a sun terrace and a garden, along with free Wi-Fi and free private parking. A buffet breakfast is served, and an airport shuttle is listed among the amenities.

The hosts select restaurants, producers, walks and activities in the region; the listing mentions fishing and canoeing. The Cascatas das 5 Rodas and Baloiço do Bestança are about 3.5 km away.
