Port Wine Night — Casa do Douro 2026

The Port Wine Night — Casa do Douro 2026 is an exclusive event for Port wine enthusiasts, taking place at the emblematic Casa do Douro building in Peso da Régua on May 23. In a historic setting that has witnessed centuries of wine history, participants will taste some of the rarest and most valuable Port wine vintages, guided by specialist oenologists.

Casa do Douro, founded in 1932, is one of the Douro wine region's most important institutions. Its building, with the famous azulejo tile panels by artist Acácio Lino and one of the country's largest private wine cellars, is the perfect setting for an evening dedicated to discovering Port wine secrets.

The tasting will include Vintage Ports from different decades, 10, 20, 30 and 40-year Tawnies, rare Colheitas and top-producer LBVs (Late Bottled Vintage). A matching dinner with dishes paired to each Port wine style completes the experience.
