Torre de Moncorvo Town Festival & ExpoMoncorvo 2026

Torre de Moncorvo celebrates its Town and Municipality Festival from August 13 to 15, 2026, alongside ExpoMoncorvo, a trade fair bringing together more than 70 exhibitors of local commerce, agriculture and crafts. The programme includes concerts by bands Minhotos and Calema, a motorcycle rally with freestyle riding on August 14, and, on August 15, religious celebrations in honour of Our Lady of the Assumption, with a solemn mass and procession accompanied by GNR cavalry and brass bands. Known as the 'capital of the Upper Douro', Torre de Moncorvo sits beside the Douro reservoir and is a gateway for exploring the Douro International Natural Park. This is one of the region's largest summer gatherings, combining a trade fair, live music and religious tradition. Free admission throughout.
