Grape Harvest Festival 2026 — Casa de Mateus

Casa de Mateus, one of Portugal's most iconic baroque palaces and the image behind Mateus Rosé wine, hosts the Grape Harvest Festival from October 3 to 5, 2026 — a new addition to the Foundation's 2026 cultural programme. The festival marks the end of the Douro grape harvest with three days of concerts blending music and wine, including a performance by the Drumming percussion ensemble premiering a piece composed specifically for wine vats and barrels. Alongside the concerts, the programme includes guided tours of the historic gardens and cellars, workshops on the harvest process, and tastings of Douro Denomination of Origin wines.
