The Douro Knowledge and Flavours Festival is a free gastronomic fair in São João da Pesqueira celebrating the culinary and cultural identity of the Douro Valley. Over 60 exhibitors showcase regional produce — bread, cured meats, olive oil, wine, honey and almonds — alongside live folklore and crafts demonstrations.
