Queimada Viewpoint – Armamar

The Queimada Viewpoint in Armamar is one of the most authentic and least visited observation points in the Alto Douro Wine Region. Located in the village of Queimada at around 400 metres altitude, it commands a privileged view over the terraced vineyards of Armamar and the Douro stretch between Régua and Tabuaço — a serene landscape of wine terraces, rural farmhouses and quintas virtually unchanged for centuries.
