About the Event
From August 11 to 13, 2026, Carrazeda de Ansiães hosts Festa da Juventude, three days of youth-oriented entertainment combining sport, outdoor leisure and live music that runs into the small hours.
On August 11 and 12 the municipal swimming pools extend their opening hours for anyone wanting to cool off during the day, while the morning of August 12 is dedicated to canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding on the Fonte Longa dam reservoir, a free activity open to all ages. The festival culminates in a night of live music and DJ sets starting at 11pm at Espaço Lúdico Dr. Morais Fernandes, running until 4am.
Festa da Juventude is one of the highlights of summer in Carrazeda de Ansiães, designed to bring together young people from the municipality and beyond around sport and socialising, ahead of the bigger festivities later in the municipal calendar. Admission is free for all activities.
