Please note that the restaurant and Spa have a very high demand. Therefore, advanced reservation is advised in order to guarantee availability.
Special requests and preferences cannot be guaranteed. They are subject to availability upon check-in and may be subject to additional charges.
Please note that pets up to 7 Kg are allowed in the hotel. Guests bringing their pets have to contact the hotel in advance.
Requests for accommodations of extra guests should be informed when making the booking and confirmed by management. You can use the Special Requests box when making your reservation.
Pets are not allowed in the Spa, fitness center, or pool areas.
Pets up to 7 kg (inclusive) are welcome in any room type booked and may access all public areas of the hotel, except for the Spa and the outdoor pool area.
Pets weighing 8 kg or more are accepted only with a reservation for a suite with a terrace. A one-time additional cleaning fee of 250 EUR per stay will apply.
These dogs are not allowed in public areas or hotel outlets. However, they may remain in outdoor areas, except for the pool area, and must always be on a leash.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
